The Nashville Ballet has been one of my passions for over ten years.  I have happily contributed time, talent and financial support to this world class company and have received much more in return. As a long time board member and member of the Executive Committee, I have had the pleasure of working directly with Artistic Director and CEO, Paul Vasterling.

Ladies and gentleman, Paul Vasterling is a force of nature.  To say the least, his creativity, positive energy and vision for Nashville Ballet have transformed the company. He has created and choreographed numerous original works which have brought international acclaim and attention to the program. Through Paul’s efforts, Ben Folds was commissioned to create and perform an original work, The Ben Folds Project, which will be performed this spring at The Kennedy Center as part of the Ballet Across America program.

Simultaneously, he continues to be the guiding force for the School of Nashville Ballet which serves hundreds of children the art of ballet, as well as leading a robust community engagement program and an internationally acclaimed summer program for up and coming dancers.  Whew! He continues to inspire not only the company (and me) but the community at large.

His vision for the Nashville Ballet has never wavered but has remained focused and true.

Face The Music

My business is to guide and nurture talent, direct, lead and and inspire my clients to stay on their path, stay focused on their vision. Like Paul, I want to see my clients remain true to their vision and not stray from the path. Through my weekly calls and communication with my clients I am able to keep them focused on their vision and move closer to making their dreams come true.

From the initial exercise of Twenty Questions, my clients and I identify a plan and a road map to move their careers forward, step by step. I provide accountability to my clients by providing a “set of guardrails” to their career.  When artists or creatives are focused on their art, sometimes it’s hard to see the big picture and it becomes easy to stray off course. I am here to keep that from happening.
