DO MORE SQUATS!! For the uninitiated, that command may sound terse and impolite. I quite agree. But it does make for a compelling subject line. You’re welcome.

Do More Squats

Why not?  They’re great for tight glutes, your back, your legs and your health.  I see men and women working it at the gym everyday and most all of these gods and goddesses (okay, that’s a stretch) work squats into their routine.  Why? Because they work!

But that’s not really my point here. The point here is the practice. The discipline. The regimen. The “getting it done.” Do more squats.

Now Do This

Let’s play a little “word substitution for artists and songwriters” here.

Let’s replace the word “squats” with “writing.” Get it?

Now let’s replace “writing” with “networking.” See? Fun!

Now let’s replace “networking” with “following up.” See how easy?

Now, do more squats!

Oh, sorry. didn’t mean to leave you with that.

Do What?

Please feel free to squat or write or network or follow up all you want but when you get done,  check out my earlier articles about the Top Ten Tips for Emerging Artists. Then get in touch. Not only with your inner rock star or your inner badass but with me, your very own, eager to help, easy to reach, always eager music industry insider who has the access, yes I said it and I’ll say it again, THE ACCESS you need! I’ll make it even easier.

OK.  Read my lips.

“Hey, CK, I need access!”

Reach out to me. Let’s take five minutes and twenty two seconds and see if I can help you be the best you that you can possibly be.

By the way, I was recently a guest on Music Business Radio and I ran down the Top Ten Tips.  You can listen to the replay here.

In the meantime, I hope you get better and stronger each and every day.
