What do you think of this.
In my humble opinion the difference comes down to the subtle difference between these two statements:
“I don’t care.”
“I don’t give a damn.”
Again, in my humble opinion, the person who says, “I don’t care,” is a jerk because he’s implying he only cares about one thing: himself.
But on the other hand, if he says, “I don’t give a damn,” he is saying this doesn’t affect me right now. Again, in my humble opinion, he also implies that if YOU give a damn it’s ok.
No, really
What say you, mate? How do you feel about these statements?
