Mediocre. Happy. Nonsense. How can they possibly go together? Or as my friend, Lee Lessack might ask, “What in the world is going on?”
I’d call it half ass. Not even. Not so much.
Why would anyone choose to be just barely good enough instead of reaching for the stars and being the best you can possibly be? I just don’t get it. Yet I see it all the time.
It happens when you are busy doing the things you love. What DO you love? Does it make you happy?
What are you doing to reach your goals as a songwriter or artist?
What steps are you taking or not taking? Why or why not? And then the REAL question: when are you going to do it?
