It all comes down to science doesn’t it? It’s scientific, right? One can win arguments and not make enemies. Right?

The truth is I don’t give a damn (see my earlier blog post). I was just hoping science would be on my side in attracting you with a snappy subject line.

No Way

If you thought, “There’s no way he’s going to write about arguments and science,” you’re right.  I’m not.

But I am going to share some ideas.  If you’re a songwriter or an emerging artist and you’re trying to advance your career and build a bigger footprint you should try two things I learned from David Schwartz’s book, The Magic Of Thinking Big:

Do what you do better.

Do more of what you do.

Way

Here’s what I mean.

Do what you do better. If you’re a good songwriter, artist or creative of any kind, strive to be better.  Study your craft.  Learn from the best and apply it to your own work.

Do more of what you do.  Increase your output.  Write and pitch more songs. Perform more (even if it’s on camera at home).

And Then

Reach out to me and ask:

“Hey, CK, how can I help you help me?”

I’m glad you asked.

Let’s take nine minutes and see if I can help you be the best you that you can possibly be.

Here’s an easy first step to get you moving in the right direction.  My Twenty Questions for creatives.  Go on.  Click and get started. Have some fun with it and let’s assess where you are and what steps you should take next.

Take The Twenty

Like I always say “A positive attitude may not solve all your problems but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.”
